We have a well-stocked tool box, and we know our tools such as ITIL®, COBIT®, GAMP, ISO/IEC 20000 and ISO/IEC 27000 (ISO/IEC 17799 / DS 484) like few others. But we always look on the best practices and standards in our tool box as a mean to solve specific challenges or utilize opportunities – never as an end in itself.
